Dreamworks is a state-of-the-art, five building animation campus consisting of three and four story animation development offices surrounding a central public piazza with several specialty areas including an extensive kitchen, dining facilities and 148-seat theater. VNSM was contracted to install all the general sheet metal and roofing systems on this massive complex which included over 160,000sq ft of metal roofs, metal vented soffits, metal fascia, 8" ogee gutter and louvers. This project was manned with an arsenal of manpower, with as many as 35 installers and 4 foremen on the project at any given time. There were 18 installers alone on the roof paneling crew. This was a large work force and it took an extensive effort by VNSM project management team to coordinate and schedule an effective installation of our work, scheduling work forces of multiple crews in multiple situations and locations resulting in another successful joint venture with Swinerton Builders.
