At VNSM we believe that safety is the responsibility of every employee and that it must be achieved at every level. Accountability is required and demanded from our work force for the control of accidents and injuries in the work place. Our primary goal is to instill an attitude within each employee to think safety first, to work safe and to be safe. Since 1934 we have built our business on a foundation safety in the work place. Our foremen are first aid & CRP Certified. Our field employees are OSHA10 Certified. Every VNSM field employee is instructed on the proper use of all tools and equipment and then certified; the tools range from powder actuated tools to scissor lifts, from fort lifts to boom lifts. Recognizing that today's construction jobsite is a potentially dangerous place to work in, every employee at VNSM is committed to Safety First.  We are dedicated to maintaining a safe and drug-free environment on every job, every day.
