VNSM was heavily involved during the Guaranteed Maximum Price phase of the project to assist the general contractor in implementing cost saving value engineering ideas for the well being of this historic Church located at 1046 34th Street in Los Angeles CA. After several months of adjustments to the final scope of work, as it is now being built, VNSM was awarded the contract for the installation of the general sheet metal and metal standing seam roofing system for this project. A collective effort was required between the architect, Armet Davis Newlove & Associates, general contractor Del Amo Construction, Inc. and the VNSM team in order to manifest a cost effective budget for this structure. We met the budgetary requirements of the St. Patrick's Church project while staying true to the artistic vision that the Architect had in store for this historic facility.
