University Village, is under construction, located at the northwest corner of Campus Drive & Olsen Road, just north of California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks , CA . This gated continuing life community will resemble a world-class resort with the comfort, warmth & security of a village community. University Village, which will be situated on 60 acres in a park-like preserve surrounded by majestic rock outcroppings, rolling hills and valleys with plenty of open space, will have its own health center with an assisted living facility, a skilled nursing facility, 4 independent living buildings, 6 garden apartment buildings, a recreation center, a maintenance building, a central plant, carports and garages. VNSM was contracted for this project to perform the installation and the general sheet metal, louvers and the expansion joints. The installation of our scope of work on its numerous buildings will require a collective effort between VNSM's project management team, field foremen and qualified installers. When completed, the University Village will stand as a further testimony to VNSM's ability to meet the challenges of today's construction industry.
