This is one of the first buildings ever in the area to incorporate a mixed use development located at the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Western Avenue in Hollywood, CA. This affordable housing project incorporates a freestanding retail building, a 56 unit family housing structure over a platform above the Walgreen's Pharmacy and loading facilities. VNSM was contracted for this project to install the general sheet metal including flashings, copings, gutters and downspouts, along with the project's louvers and metal roofs. The soft flowing lines offer the eye a contemporary feel to old town Hollywood.
